sounds like a old russian watch from the communist days...they where given to all military and navy and the air force ..if you have one dont let it go it keeps incirdible time..very accurate watches... dotn mess with the dials to much..

It's Cyrillic. The A,K, and E are the same as the Latin alphabet, but what looks like an H is an N, and the P is an R. the thing that looks sort of like a b is a "soft sign," not a separate letter at all, modifying the letter before it.
