can i stop it happening? why is this happening?

**the doctor from when i was younger said night terrors were common in kids and i would grow out of them but now i am 14! and i stopped having them before?

  1. some dreams are real while others are just what you imagine, or what you thought internally before going to sleep, when i mean real it means that there are some invisible dominic attacks that can occur while you are asleep, next time you are about to go to bed pray  with the bible if you are a christain, there are so many verses in it that can protect you while asleep, use the quran if you are a muslim, suras like falaq, nas and iklas are very useful in this kind of situation

  2. to the person concern, it does not sound good, need to see a medium to clean your aura, something is stopping you from wakening up. please see some one who can help you.in your dream some one is not allowing  you  to snap out of it, be very care full. some one is trying to trap you in dream world.

    cook luck take care

  3. Consistent night terrors are common in small children, but they are also common in teenage years. Any time in your life that is formative, that you are changing a lot, is super-stressful for your brain. Night terrors is how it releases some of that stress.

The best you can do is relax your mind before bed. At least an hour before you go to bed, try to find ways to relax. Don't watch scary/stressful TV shows. Don't chat with friends online if it causes drama. Do something that calms you down, whatever that might be, and when you fall asleep, try to imagine something that makes you happy.

  4. I never tried something like it but i really know it is something very horrifying  listen to calm music maybe there is something in your head in the morning or even before you slept.
