This wierd thing in my history?(mac os x)?

k, i checked out some ligitmate game sites and my email, (no malicious sites or 'p**n' or anything like that) and i saw the history list and i saw a "file" in my history, it said "msgrtemp BB736(some other numbers).html", so i thought this was suspicious and i double clicked on it, it said "No file exists at this address" and in the bar at top where the addresses usually go it said

file:///private/var/folders/pB/pBM+stq... here)+++TI/TemporaryItems/msgrtemp%20EEB...

just a note if this has anything to do with it, i turned on view hidden files.

anybody know what this is??

Look like it is just a temp file, as long as you didnt authorise any program to install in OSX. It should be fine.
