This will be the third time im having to send my 360 in for rrod what can i do to get final resolution

how can i get ms to fix my 360 i have a first gen 360 this past yr since april i have had to send my 360 in when i get it back it last for about 2-3 wks and rrod once agin i am tired of getting one month trials since i have paid for my live service for the yr (50$) the last one they sent me i believe was refurbished has anyone had this problem and were you able to get this resolved if so can you help

  1. I have also sent it back 3-4 times. Right now this one has lasted a little over a couple months... I HAVE experienced the RROD... but i restart the system and it works again (dont wanna wait 2-3 weeks again, eh?) Anyways my first xbox had the silver disk drive and all they send to me are the white ones which pisses me off... all i can tell you is demand a new xbox on the phone to costumer service... and next time microsoft has a system.... Wait for them to work the kinks out!


  2. My bro got his in april this year and its broke 3times in 2months so i kicked up a fuss on the phone and got a free wireless controller :) still replaced the console with a S****y refurb one though :(
