This woman next door is constantly watching me?

us nobody else is like it, when we go out the front door she open her door to see, she is only 28, opens her door everytime i go in garden wide, she is a nasty piece of work as well called gas board got my gas cut off and others and heard her laughing, i cannot stand her, i would not dare be so rude to do these things she is horrible how would you handle her and what is wrong with her

Have you ever tried to talk to her, maybe see if there is something that can be resolved?  Sometimes if you are really nice (difficult, I know, but still) to someone who is bothering you, they are only motivated in doing things to you to see your reaction.  If that approach doesn't work, then maybe you could go with a subtle or direct threat of taking legal action for harassment.

I think you should open your curtains, walk around naked and show her your hairy *** if she is so interested in your business.  Or more seriously, You could put up a privacy fence if you have the money if she bothers you that much.

Sounds like she has a psychiatric problem.  Hopefully she lives with someone.  I would keep your distance. . . and cause no problem,

She is your neighbor, like it or not, other than moving, you do have to live by her.  If it were I, I would just accept it and go on....try not to do anything out of the ordinary and as much as you can forget about her,
