a man came round when her husband was at work saying i love you over and over again and crying, people thinks she is such a nice person but she is not, i have had a terrrible time with things she has done, she does seem weird dont you think

As long as she's not causing you problems or being loud what difference does it make when she does her gardening & she wouldn't be the 1st married woman wth a man coming round after their husband went to work, what does it matter to you what people think of her, nice or not. take a picture secretly with high speed film without flash. Send it to her man without any names.  Then you will really have something to watch and her man will finally know the truth and kick her to the curb. A picture is worth a thousand words

As long as she wasn't making loud noises while gardening so what.  Maybe that is her was of relaxing or maybe that is the only time she had to do it.  As for the man crying and telling her he loves her while her man is at work...yeah...that is weird.  Just be happy you don't live in the same house as she does.  And look...she's giving you something to talk about (around the "water cooler")...who need TV soap operas when you have a neighbor like her.  Just remember...before you share about someone else...would you want someone to share about you?  Careful.  Good luck to you!
