Lebron is a do everything machine and has support that kobe doesn't. kobe only has odom, gasol, and fisher and those guys are all old. lebron has old guys too wallace, szerbiak, but he has west and Z to help.

Cavs because they are in the eastern conference. They only have to REALLY compete with Orlando, Philly, and Boston, and maybe Detroit. The lakers got to compete with the Spurs, Rockets, maybe the Clippers, Utah, Denver, Dallas, New Orleans, Portland and probably more.
