Thomson 32VT63J0 setting up problem

Question

I have today been given this TV with remote. Have plugged my cable box and leads in and switched on to find snow. I am not in the least bit technical when it comes to televisions etc. and unfortunately the manual was not included. I presume I have to programme the television in again but don't know where to start. Can I get a copy of the manual on the internet or could you help me please.
