My Thomson TV was working fine and then a friend played with the remote and ever since, it has been stuck with a squashed viewing area. The viewable area of the screen is reduced at the top by about 2cm and about 5cm on the bottom, squashing the image, and there are 3 thin lines, red green and blue, running across the top. When widescreen movies are played on it, it just squashes them even more. I've tried all sorts of button combos to fix it but nothing works. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks!Matt
