  1. The horses with red stars by them, you can click on their names and a little white info. button is next to their name, giving details about the horse and winnings, some even have pics. of the horse.

  2. Native dancer, nothern dance,  both well known

Nashua _ first horse to every sell for 1 million dollars in 1956..

enjoy your horse. his blood dosent really matter.. but he does come from some famous T breds

  3. Bloodlines are ALWAYS fun to know about.  Even if your horse his a gelding!

Mr. Prospector is a VERY well known current line.  My friend who I mentioned in an answer yesterday, raves about him!

Nashua, who's sire was Nasrullah was a leading sire for both race and breeding.  Nasrullah sired Bold Ruler, who sired Secretariat and Seattle Slew, to name a couple of horses you might recognize.  I'm a sucker for a Nasrullah bred horse to this day (I have 3 that are Nasrullah bred currently).  You've got a LOT of crosses to Nasrullah.

Count Fleet is another well known name in TB circles...

Your gelding's sire and dam I don't know much about with the exception of 49er, whom I've heard of but that's about it.

BUT his ancestors (Your gelding's) are all good horses and a few of 'em were GREAT horses!

The one thing I can tell you about Nasrullah horses is that if you bond with them, they are your's for their lifetime.  They don't forget.  If you tick 'em off, they stay mad for a LONG time too!  LOL

I hope that this gives you a bit of history.

  4. The best horse in your horses background would be Count Fleet.

He won the Triple Crow in 1943 and was horse of the year and sired many great runners.

I had a gelding who went back to him. He was a great horse.

It seems like most TBs have Native Dancer in their lines now days.

The sire side (the top half) is good - the Forty Niner/Mr. Prospector/Native Dancer line is a pretty successful in the racing world. His mom's side doesn't really have any significant Thoroughbred names in it, though.
