The Hamburg manager has set his sights on UEFA Champions League in two years time and is impressed with the progress of his side.
Hamburg are definitely back on track after a dreadful start to the season and Thorsten Fink deserves all the credit for the team’s impressive revival in the last three months. The manager has uplifted the spirits of the team and
pulled them out of the bottom three since his arrival in October.

compete with some of the best teams of the continent.

“Mediocrity cannot be the demand of Hamburg. It is also not mine. We must again eye qualification for international football. In two or three years we want to target the Champions League,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The former Bayern Munich midfielder has praised the performance of the team in the friendly games played in the winter break and admitted that these fixtures help in maintaining the fitness levels of the team. Rothosen defeated

be hoping to get all three points to climb up the table.
