Those 'one-way' curtains

You know those curtains where like you can see outside from inside during the day but you can't see inside from outside? do they have a specific name? im trying to find where i can buy them but i can't find them anywhere

I believe the curtains you are referring to are called "sheers".  They are woven in such a way that you can see through to the side the dominant light is on:  outside during day, inside during night.
