Those fascinated with becoming merfolk?

I am going to ask you guys some questions. Because I have been so vehement about the fact that you can’t turn into one, I never really got into the reasons you would want to become one. Just curious, so if you would please answer these questions.

1) Why is it you want to become a merperson? Is it because of the show H20? Because that is one man’s variation of the mermaid legend, and probably the least likely.

2) Do you realize what you would be giving up if you were to turn into a merperson at the touch of water?

This last one is to those who say they are mermaids:

How are you operating the computer?

Going by the H20 mermaids, which so many of you seem to take these mermaid questions from, you would be turned into a mermaid at this time because lean muscle tissue contains about 75% water, blood contains 95% water, body fat contains 14% water and bone has 22% water.

Now since all of these things make up your body, I would think they would be seen as touching your body.

  1. I do not want to become a merperson due to the show H20 (Though I do enjoy watching it.) I'm not certain why I would like to become one, I guess it's a subconscious thing...

I do realize I would be giving up a lot, but I am not going by the idea from H20 that touching water would transform you, for, as you mentioned, the human body is made up very much of water, and I'd technically be touching water all the time.

Since I am not a mermaid, and am not claiming to be, I am not at liberty to answer the third question.

Note: My friend tried a spell she found online that was supposed to work after 24 hours. When I looked at the page she had found it on, it was obvious to me that the person that had written it got everything from H20. As you can guess, the spell did not work when we went swimming 2 days later.

Also, do you know of any good sources to study paganism for a younger person? I am 12 and I am very interested in the art of witchcraft (not the Harry Potter type, I try not to mesh reality and TV or book series) but I can't seem to find any good sources for someone of my age... any help would be appreciated!

  2. IF U THINK IT'S SO FAKE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW!!!!

IF U THINK THATS FAKE WHY DON'T U DO A SPELL TO BECOME A MERMAID!!!!

  3. TV mermaids are fictional.  In reality, a mermaid has complete conscious control over when they transform.

As to why they want to be a mermaid, usually it's just a calling.  People with the right kind of soul, someone who is good and kind and caring and who is trustworthy enough to stay true to the code of the merfolk, simply get a craving to be one.  There are many benefits: improved hearing and sight, plus the ability to feel movement around you and talking and breathing underwater.  Those are tempting advantages.

  4. Lol I've always wanted to be a merman (yes, a MERMAN!) waaaaaaaaaaay before H2O. Blame it on Disney :D.

  5. you lost me on that last part. but you were dead on about the operating the computer. also the only way that would work is based on a form of lyconthropesy or weremerperson
