It does sometimes mean leaks in homes, power outages, vehicles getting stuck in water.......because of very poor sewage systems........but it does mean less sun.......

  1. I live is sunny S.Cal., and a very beautiful woman I know just cut off all her long hair...to beat the heat...and brudder, that's bad!
