Those "perfect push up" products -- what are they?

All they are is a way to get the most out of your push-ups. They utilize every muscle involved. It maximizes your push-ups with each repetition. Are they worth it? Only way to find out is get a pair and see what they do for you individually.

My son has a pair. they're circular disks with handles.  As you push up, the natural motion of your arms and hands is to swivel a little and this product allows that.  My son thinks they are effective and he uses them several times a week.
