  1. There is no such thing as over studying for the Bar Exam.  I studied 3-6 hours a day for 3 months.  (Passed first try)

  2. At first try to know the study technique. There is process how to study. It is 3R formula. Read again and again, Read till you Remember, Reproduce i.e. write down  what you remember. It doesn't take hours to study. You have to know the knack.

  3. ...I once had to study for Nursing State Boards (many years ago)  and I recall spending about 2 months going over things pretty regularly before hand...I don't think in my case over study was a worry...the pharmaceutical portion of the exam, for instance, was a real killer of a test and I was glad I had prepared

  4. I studied for the bar exam in California for a total of 6 hours (yes you heard me right, total not per day). I passed on my 1st attempt. I have been told I should have studied more but why waste my time since the test is so simple a 5th grader could pass.

  5. Glad to see to got back your Avatar!

Studying isn't so much in how much time, rather than the intensity and the exercise of the memory. Of course, studying is quite important and really requires a lots of time. The most efficient way is to avoid all sorts of distraction, as you surely know. Weekends should be used to study. Although, it's harder on week days because, you have to work  tomorrow, so you come back tired at the end of the day, you feel less enthusiastic, and the memory tend to not retain as easily when you're tired, therefore,  harder to concentrate. You cannot over study, although you might be able to overlook some details which aren't not so that cooperative with the whole thing. Sometimes, explanations are so long that you loose track of the real thing.

I hope I could help a little. Thanks.

  6. Yes, there is such a thing as over study.  You already are connected to the source of all knowing, within you.  Don't worry, just go there and ace the test.

You already know.  Have faith and you will win through.

  7. I just took the Nationals for Massage Therapy, and what I did was I took the period between applying to take the test and getting that date, almost three months, and read the study guide every night. Sometimes it would be an hour or more, most times it was 10 or 15 minutes. Point is I kept it so daily in my life it was not like studying but it was more like absorbing it into my lifestyle. There was a lot of anatomy, and a lot on traditional Chinese medicine, two mind consuming areas, yet it became so familiar to me I never felt like I studied at all, but in reality I did for three months.
