I have to wear them to see, so just taking them off is not an obvious answer that I'm seeking. is there a coating? maybe use rain-x or something? what about wearing contacts - would they get all gummy from the salty air?

  1. Sorry dude. Your screwed. I have the same problem. If you wear contacts, you will end up with something in your eye with them. I would be so careful about putting anything on your lenses. You pay a lot of money to have coating on them already, those other things may take them off.

I have never asked a eye doctor. You may get a better answer from one of them.

  2. stay out of the and away from the water, i dont wear glasses and i still get water in my eyes, nothing you can do to prevent it but stay away from the source.

  3. salt deposite you get from sweat and body fluids on drying--no such situation occur es for contact lens
