Those who have to wear glasses: How do I best prevent ocean salt spray on my glasses (without removing them)?

I have to wear them to see, so just taking them off is not an obvious answer that I'm seeking. is there a coating? maybe use rain-x or something? what about wearing contacts - would they get all gummy from the salty air?

Sorry dude. Your screwed. I have the same problem. If you wear contacts, you will end up with something in your eye with them. I would be so careful about putting anything on your lenses. You pay a lot of money to have coating on them already, those other things may take them off.

I have never asked a eye doctor. You may get a better answer from one of them.

stay out of the and away from the water, i dont wear glasses and i still get water in my eyes, nothing you can do to prevent it but stay away from the source.
