Are you now planning on voting for Obama? Did it change your mind, or help make your decision easier, learning that Mccain chose a female VP?

  1. I don't like the reason I believe mccain picked a woman. I am more interested in issues not the s*x of the candidates.

  2. My plans, as before are to pick the best candidate of the two tickets.  My support of Hillary (which wavered) does not automatically transfer to Palin because she is a woman.  I am very interested in what she has to say and I am willing to hear her out.  I will make my decision when the time comes.  Palin is a virtual unknown to me and I am not a person to jump on bandwagons in the political process.

  3. I think that if Obama picks Hilary to be his running mate then he will get Hilary's voters and therefore win.

  4. I am voting for McCain, but I was always planning on doing that.

On McCain picking a female VP, yeah he is appealing to female voters, but.....uhmmm, who do you think Obama was appealing to by picking an older white man? The traditional democratic vote, that's who.

  5. I'm not sure what McCain was thinking picking a woman as a VP. I was pretty sure that the Democrats had messed up by picking a woman and a black man as their nominees but I guess the US is more ready for that than I first thought.

I don't know if McCain figures that the feminists who had planned on voting for Clinton will now vote for him since he has put a female as his running mate. I'm not sure what is going to happen in this election. I don't plan on voting because I don't care for either of the candidates.

Did you see that people are getting Obama's face tattooed on their bodies with Obama 2008 written underneath??? Very weird!

  6. Not voting for Obama and McCain's pick made it even easier to choose.

  7. Hillary is a pit bull that is why I supported her. Palin is a joke

  8. Nah, they won't vote for Obama.

The only people who still support Hillary are either Republicans or racists.  They would never back a Obama.

True Democrats support their party's candidate.  Anything else is just a lie.

You can't be a Democrat and support McCain.  He is against everything the Democrats stand for.

I don't like Obama or McCain, but I think it's interesting, this race will be historic no matter which of them wins; either the first Black Pres, or the first female VP.  We live in exciting times.

  9. It made my decision easier. I'm voting Obama.

  10. You got it completely right. Mccain is trying to lure to female voters! Its all about dirty politics that MCcain is doing

  11. you know I'm not into saying whos the better person running for President but... my favorite one is Mccain no offence for those who are voting for Obama but the reason that I say that is because he is older and been through more things than Obama but... Obama is also smart though and again Mccain is older, doesn't mind having a girl VP and he has more of the things needed for President , but I want to add even though Obama isn't old enough his got brain , BUT so does Mccain and he is more qulified and is not beliving things... that I am not speaking of but Obama belives stuff and is promising things that just simply can't be done or else everyone in other Contries will take over America and all people in America will lose jobs and will have 20 kids a piece and will be lazy and die of fatness everyone will be fed like little babys because people are sitting and voting for people who promis stuff and don't have prof does Obama have prof... let me answer that for you NO joking but he doesn't have prof but Mccain doesn't either but he didn't promis anything like no one will have to work again or something like that I'm just saying Obama is bad road right now in a few years he will be ready but he is almost ready just give him a few years to learn stuff from older people that knew what is was like to be in things that the younger do not know yet but eventualy they will find out so I'm not trying to be mean I'm sorry if it sounds that way but I am like a person that cares about America and it's people so it's really hard to take sides but you are right the reason is because Obama thinks that a woman couldn't be President and Mccain is trying to tell him differant

  12. After Hillary lost I decided to vote for McCain. When I heard today that Palin was chosen as VP candidate, it only reinforced my decision. Not because she is a woman but rather because it showed that McCain cares about what the people want, and he gave it to them in the very wise decision he made today.

  13. I think it would be ignorant to pick McCain just because he chose a woman VP just like not voting for Barack just  because he's black....

  14. I was voting independent now I will listen to McCain.  Even if he is old school It is clear that his VP is not.  So the next candidate that the republicans pick could be for real change.

    Still undecided but more open.
