Question:

Thoughts about the upcoming RNC?

I'm just pointing this out, but when we had the DNC in Denver, all the Left Wing Media (CNN, MSNBC) was a little over the top in their coverage of the event, Right Wing Fox News showed a major part of the DNC but not to the Extent as the Left Wing Media...

My question is because of the National Media shifting toward coverage on Hurricane Gustav, Don't you think that it is a little unfair for the RNC? McCain is in Mississippi right now, and President Bush is skipping the Convention to help out in Texas so even though they might be able to capitalize on helping the Gulf States with Telethons and such, its kind of overshadowing the RNC...

Oh and if it was the DNC happening during Hurricane Gustav, do you think the National Media (Specifically Left Wing Media)would pay more attention to the Hurricaine or to DNC? Thank You for your feedback

  1. well, the RNC is getting postponed because of the hurricane. Under the circumstances of Katrina 3 years ago, I believe it is more important for the media to track the hurricane than the RNC or the DNC.

  2. No I think people like you look for excuses for bushes failed presidency.  McCain has no charisma and it's just impossible to get excited about him.  He's just like bush and no one wants to hear about him.  It's not a liberal thing, its human nature

  3. Well under the circumstances its only natural they all will have the country in first place after all that's what the convention is for,to get their candidate nominated.Would that even be possible if McCain just ignored a major event happening on our shores?Actually I was looking forward to hearing and seeing it all but now the event will be cut down in size, and possibly upstaged.Or postponed a few days.Pity.

  4. McCain =  yawn
