  1. It's awesome!

I still wear other foundations sometimes, but I love bare minerals.  It's definitely worth the money.  It even cleared my skin up after wearing it for a couple weeks.

  2. It PWNS

    I LOVE IT

and YES, it's worth the money!

The foundation blends so nicely, comes in plenty of different shades, and for the most part, covers up your imperfections.

The warmth gives you a perfect glow that doesn't look fake (for lack of a better word) like some bronzers would. When putting it on though, only put a little drop (well, not drop because it's not liquid... but you know what I mean!=P) otherwise it will look cakey.

and the mineral veil really does give it a nice finish.

They have really good blushes, too. They aren't streaky and they have all sorts of colors from neutrals to bright pinks. My personal favorites are beauty and golden gate.

I would also invest in their all over face colors. I personally like glee and clear radiance because it gives your face a little bit of shimmer and glow without being over-the top.

and not only is their face coverage good, but they have really nice eyeshadow/liner.

Their eyeshadow comes in really cool shades... and their not all just neutral/plain/light colors like browns, light purples, tans, ect. like some people would think. I have one that's this sort of shimmery green eyeshadow 'called wicked' that looks AWESOME, and just as bold as it does in the container or whatever... like you know those eyeshadows that LOOK really vibrant, but when you put it on it's really light? Yeah, well... that's not one of those eyeshadows!!

am also IN LOVE with their eyeliners!

Everyday I wear firefly (this copperish color) on the inside corners of my eyes, coffee bean (a darkish brown) in the middle/along the lashline, and onxy (darkest shade of black) on the outer corners, and I get compliments on my eyes A LOT! They also have other colors too, like plum and aqua.

The cool thing about BOTH, is that you can add water, and make it liquid. So even though it's mineral eyeshadow/ liner, you can get the same effect as liquid liner/shadow, only without all the mess.

    Also, their very versitale.

For example, it's not uncommon for me to use my eyeshadow as a liner, or to even dip my chapstick into like a pink/light neutral eyeshadow, and use it as lipgloss! Or sometimes I'll use the light pink eyeshadow as a blush or something, and it won't look weird at all!

The downsides to them however, is that they (especially the eyeliners), can be a little messy and hard to apply if your not used to bare escentual products. For example, the eyeliner can speckel a lot. but once you get used to it, you will not be sorry because the results will be FABULOUS!

Also, a lot of the stuff is a limited time only offer. Like my favorite color eyeliner, firefly, was in a limited edition four piece eyeliner set, so I had to buy some off of eBay.

And you know that SUPER COOL 'wicked' eyeshadow I told you about. Yeah, also limited edition. To eBay!!

******If you remember a color that you REALLY like, but they don't have it in stock anymore, CHECK EBAY because there is usually at least one make-up store that has it!!******

So yeah, not only is their foundation amazing, but so are their blushes, face colors, and eye make-up. It is DEFINITELY worth the money, and after using it for about three years I can say without a doubt bare escentuals is my favorite make-up brand EVER!!

  3. it is so worth it, im pretty new to the product (been using it for about a month now) and I love it. I read tons of reviews on the product before I purchased it and I dont regret ever getting it, i get so many compliments on my skin.  A little goes a long way. Ill never go back to my old foundation!

  4. Messy spills all in your make up bag, you need to wear a bib when applying it so it doesn't stain your clothes.

    Good coverage.

Over priced there are better foundations at more affordable prices.

Shop around some more go to Sephora get a consultation then chose a foundation because I get mixed feedback about Bare Minerals

  5. Yes, I have tried Bare Minerals and do I like it? Yes, although the period of time it stays on is limited it still works wonders on all skin types. It's definitely worth the expense(: I use it, and my skin is dry and make up clogs my pores real easily but Bare Minerals leaves my skin to breath and look really natural. People comment all the time! Sometimes I lie and say I don't use ANY make up...it looks that natural!!! Good luck!(: BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!

  6. i absouletly love it!

i've been wearing it for a year,

and i use it daily i love it!

it is so worth the money because

it will cover blemishs, redness, or whatever

but it feels like you have nothing on.

and it works for all skin tones!

i have had mine for almost a year and its still half way full,

and i apply daily. so you get a lot for your money!

  7. i never used it before but i keep hearing that it isn't enough coverage but i do like the fact that it is minerals which is good for your skin what i use is allot cheaper and works really well  : maybelline mineral powder  it makes your face look very soft and you can't even tell you have it on! it looks way better then any foundation i tried and it won't clog your pores. the coverage is medieum-light so what i do is i use concealer on some spots before applying it i really do love this product you should try it it's around 10$ at any pharmacie ..and i usualy don't buy makeup at pharmacies but this stuff really works

  8. eckkk. i used it for a year and loved it, until i looked in the mirror and realized that it did not look good on the dry areas on my skin, it made it look flakier than it is, as for the oily areas it made it look very slick and "makeup-y." so personally, i don't like it, i'm much better off with liquid foundation.

  9. It really depends on your skin type. For some skin, it works and for some it does not just like any other medication. i love bare essentials for eyeshadows and blushes. I have sensitive skin, so I have to be careful on the products that I use. I heard from people that its great, but other people were not so happy. I would try it, what is there to lose?

  10. I do like Bareminerals BUT I think that there are substitutions out there that work just as well for ALOT cheaper.  Bare Minerals contains bismuth which can cause alot of skin irritation and is known for making people itchy.  Also the "T" zone get shiny throughout the day, which when you pay $60 for a starter kit, I better not have a shiny "t" zone with this stuff and unfortunately you do.  I have been using physicians formula and I feel overall, it works better for me.  No shiny face, no touch ups, and for a lot less money.  If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to Bismuth, stay away from Bareminerals.

  11. Well I absolutely love Bare Mineral but what I really love about it, is it  made my grandma very confident in herself. When she was diagnosed with Cancer I took her to Ulta to get a make-over, well they used Bare Minerals. It was soo awesome to see my gma with such a smile on her face not to mention her skin went through alot during Chemo, well actually her whole body did. But the Bare Mineral covered everything on her face. The colors they used and everything it was soo natural.

  12. OK, when i spent a pretty penny on the bare minerals kit, the first time i used it.. I was convinced it was a rip off!! It's just so different, i personally like coverage.. (incase you can't tell, i get a little happy with the makeup..) Point is.. I love it!!

  13. Its so great! I bought it last weekend and I'm so happy! Make sure you get the starter kit.♥
