Thoughts on Gus Van Sant's film Last Days?

I thought it was incredible. Atmospheric, devastating, electric. Michael Pitt was excellent as "Blake" (Kurt Cobain).

i agree.

His band, Pagoda, reminds me alot of Nirvana. but that might just be because of the movie..... i love the song Death to Birth.

I haven't seen it.

I plan to though, it's just - I'm wary of watching 'biographical' music films, that they'll either, create a terrible and untrue portrait of, or shatter the illusion of said musician. This film in particular though, I really do want to see.
