I think that they need to wait 2-3 years between each game otherwise it loses the excitment, just like if the olympics were every year, it wouldnt mean as much

I hope the Windy City doesnt live up to its name for this game. I plan to be there but hate the cold, especially sitting there exposed. I think hockey needs to have a signature game like this every year (Original 6 teams at fist....everyone eventually, obviously the warm weather cities would have to settle for being a visiting team), it is different and creates excitement in the city it is played in. Plus games like this get more exposure, as a fan getting good exposure for our great game is always a plus. Most of us grew up playing pond hockey, now we can see our teams just the way they and us grew up with the game.

i do love to watch these kinda games but i just dont get why the NHL do not put on teams that have great rivals between them like Montreal and Toronto or just like original6 rivalries would be good to watch. But i will bet you that detroit will win that game not a detroit fan but i think winder classics are great to watch.

I think it's a better match-up than people think.

The Hawks had the Wings number for most of the season, won the majority of the games, and should be even better this year.

Not that my Wings aren't going to be amazing and better this year.  I think it's a good match-up, and I plan on getting tickets as soon as they come out.

It will be all about Lidstrom, Datsyuk, Zetterburg, Kane and Towes and maybe be Campbell because it will be is 2nd game in-a-row

I just hate the American Broadcast, just all about the Star power, I mean the game always comes 2nd.

I love throwing the game on mute, plugging into the some good tunes and get caught up in with the flow of the game

I was kind of disappointed because I was hoping it would be at Yankee Stadium. But, any hockey is good hockey especially when it's outdoors. So I'll definitely be watching. =D

Will be there. Think its going to be a great game regardless who wins. I am looking forward a bit more to the home-and-home Blackhawks/Red Wings series the last two games of their season.

Honestly I don't see what all the fuss is about.  Maybe that's because i still play in out-door games and realize that it's the same thing only your friggin freezing, but I just don't think it's all it's cracked up to be.  Chicago especially will be cold as h**l, but hey people went last year's when it was in Buffalo.
