  1. Considering that the Rangers only have about $2 million to spend, their chances of getting Sundin are almost nil.  Other teams are offering between $7 million and $10 million.  New York isn't worth giving up at least $5 million.

Everyone is so sick of Favre, it's not even worth talking about.

Personally, I'm not a fan of Santana so you can have him.

  2. favre will help.santana idont know.mats would be good.

  3. I stand by my word that he (Sundin) will be in a "Midnight Oil" tribute band.

    Seriously though?

NYC is jealous of the recent success Boston has had. Last time I checked, Brett had played one series for the Jets, the Cubs were atop the NL standings and Sundin hadn't made up his mind yet.

  4. Sundin still hasn't signed anywhere yet...

Yeah, where did you get that from? Nothing about it is clear. rumors that you hear about him and the rangers are just that - rumors. probalby invented by a beat writer bored by the offseason.

  5. Its very clear that the rangers would have to at least unload prucha and naslund to get him under the cap, right, so no he is not waiting on the rangers, more like he is deciding on the habs or canucks
