  1. good silhouette.  i'd crop some of the sky out. not enough to center anything the composition is good, just has too much sky.

  2. It would be pretty good if it was in focus.  My first rule, if it ain't sharp, it ain't a keeper, no matter what else might be great about it.

  3. I agree with maria b and juliana grace (above answers). except that the photo is a little out of focus. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

  4. Okay so everyone has an opinion and a preference.... I think it is all in the eye of the beholder. (you the artist) My take is that it's cool. I love the dramatic sky view and wouldn't change its proportion. As for the horizon/ground leveling... I wouldn't. Maybe it was a hill. Maybe the world is not flat. Maybe it was meant to be that way. Maybe it's okay to fall over now and again. Maybe just maybe we should leave things as we capture them. Best of luck in all your endeavors. ~J

  5. I saw the photo of the trees on the horizon with storm clouds. Beautiful. Very creative and almost magical. I did not like the fact that the photo seems to be improperly "framed" and somewhat crooked. Try to re-crop it so that the horizon is perfectly level...or as level as it can be. Also try to use some flash to provide a minimal amount of highlighting on the trees if you can....next time you try to shoot scenes like these. Overall...I am impressed !!

  6. It's a nice idea, but it's blurry and the horizon is much too low.

  7. I think it's a really stunning picture. It's very stark, but also very beautiful. I love it!!

  8. can't access your page

  9. Its a little blurry and it's kind of crooked.

Use the straightening tool to fix that. I like the colors though and its pretty good for a window shot.

  10. It it really nice.  I like the fact that it is not centered.  However, the horizon line needs to be corrected and horizontal.  If you have Photoshop... Select the whole thing and transform - rotate, drag the corner around until the ground is parralel with the bottom of the pic and hit enter.  Then you will need to crop it so that you don't have excess space that doesn't contain the photo on the canvas.

  11. very pretty :)

  12. cropping is probably not necessary, but evening the horizon line might be nice. As it is, it looks like someone fell over and took a picture. If you make the horizon more level, you will still get that dramatic feel from the silhouette and the clouds, without that helter-skelter feel you get from the angle.

  13. you have to log in to access the picture.

  14. I would not crop or change the level of the horizon line, it's fine as is.

The sky is the most dramatic part and the horizon line is more interesting than if it were level.
