Must say this happened due to a brain failure, not like I'm a beginner, nevertheless it has become a major problem, as I can't figure out how to get the thread out of there. Consequently, the clutch wheel is not moving the bobbin case holder more than 1/4th of an inch, the dog feed plate preventing it going farther. I even went as far as removing the dog feed & plate reinforcement piece, but it didn't change anything. I'm guessing I need to loosen the screws around the holder, about 4-6 of the tiny things, which I felt I was going to ruin the heads if I didn't quit trying, as I can't get them loose. Was I on the right track or not at all? I'm quit sure I'm not naming everything correctly, but am not talking about the bobbin case, but what the case inserts into, that is the piece that has the thread jammed around it, (part of the hook?)
