Threading my bobbin and correct tension

Question

I just received a very old hand me down sewing machine. I can thread the machine, but I am having problems with threading the bobbin properly and setting the tension. I have the owners manual, but it refers to the instructions in the small envelope included in the box of accessories. I don't have this. It says it shows the proper way to thread the bobbin and the bobbin case. Can someone help please?
