Threading or manual

Question

I bought this machine in used condition, therefore, there's no manual. the person sold this, she showed me how to thread it and it's been along time so I can not remember exactly how. The problem now is the thread for over lock is loose and the top thread for sewing seam is disconnected constantly. Please help me to find a manual or something that can show me how to thread the machine correctly. Thanks.MT
