Question:

Threads fine, lower looper breaks after serging...

I have a Janome 204D MyLock...I am able to thread it fine, and it serges the first three inches but then somehow cuts the lower looper thread...I have no idea what I am doing wrong, have followed the instruction manual and it keeps cutting the thread
