Me and two friends would like to spend a week in Paris in August next year. I was trying to find info out about regulations on under 18's travelling alone? Thanks for any help you can give!!

  1. Perhaps go on a tour cos it'll be safer but only once you are 18. Sadly, there are a lot of people who aren't that nice and make anywhere unsafe. www.contiki.com do non-trashy tours for 18-35s. Eurotunnel is for cars so you'll have to go on Eurostar. Paris is great and you'll love it.

  2. if your both 16 its fine to travel alone and on a seperate matter you might want to know that the drinking age here is 16... good times

  3. Just be careful that guys don't try to take advantage, Paris guys can be aggressive. (But, also many are really cute!) And Paris is kinda difficult to navigate in because all the streets wind around and stuff. Have fun!

  4. You are allowed to travel alone (stirctly speaking with parents consent). Suggest you join the YHA and then you can stay with other young people in the Wonderful Paris YHA accomodation - great fun and loads of useful advice from the owners and fellow travellers

  5. Hate to sound like a Mom (but sorry, I am!).  A word of caution: Paris has one of the highest rates of AIDS in Europe.  I had a friend pass on.  Have fun, but stay smart.
