Three Lions predicted starting line up (Part 2)

Michael Dawson, Centre-Back
The twenty six year old Dawson plays as a centre back for the three lions and only has a single appearance in his international career.
Dawson was a part of the World Cup squad and was there to act as a replacement for Rio Ferdinand if the situation required him to.
Dawson did not see any game time in the World Cup and made his international debut against Hungary.
Michael Dawson had an amazing start this season and literally became the driving force which was the root cause behind Tottenham Hotspur making its way into the Champions’ League group stages.
The player needs to fight for his position now as new recruit William Gallas is going to make Harry Redknapp consider replacing Dawson with the new comer.
Dawson is expected to play next week’s matches as a right hand centre back because Phil Jagielka is still sitting on the side lines with the foot injury he got while playing in Everton against Aston Villa.
Matt Upson, Centre-back
Having twenty one international appearances while playing for the Three Lions and scoring two goals, Matt Upson was actually kicked out of the English National squad after his performance in the match against Germany in the World Cup and did not play the friendly against Hungary last month.
Though Upson did net the only goal in that match making the score four to one, still he was left out in the next friendly after the World Cup.
Things are starting to look up for Matt Upson as he has been called back to play for his country again and is considered a talented dribbler.
Matt Upson has not had the best start in the Premier League this season as his club is almost at the bottom of the league having let in almost three goals in every match that they have played so far.
The only reason that Upson is getting a call back in the national team is because of his immense experience in international games. He has almost double caps compared to all the other centre backs in the team that include Jagielka, Cahill, Lescott and Dawson combined and Capello will depend on his reliability in the game and will definitely give him a chance to play in the first team.
Theo Walcott, Right-Midfield
Having just twelve international appearances under the table, this twenty one year old has a lot expected from him. He has scored three goals in his international endeavours and is looked upon as a rising star amongst the three Lions.
He has scored four goals in the last two Premier Leagues and every now and then shows glimpses of the player he can be when he is in perfect form.
In the first half of the ‘Three lions’ match against Hungary, Walcott showed to the world what he was actually capable of and Capello is expected to bring ‘The Gunners’ man right in front of Shaun Wright Phillips.
Fans and the team’s boss are all hoping that Walcott remains in the mint condition that he is in right now and the midfielder plays to bring back the glory that the English team once had.
Gareth Barry, Centre-Midfield
The twenty nine year old centre midfielder, Gareth Barry has forty caps under his wing and has scored two goals while playing for the Three lions.
Barry plays for Manchester City and in spite of the clubs one hundred and eighty six million pounds recruitment campaign, Barry still maintains his spot in the starting eleven of the clubs first team and continues to remain as one of Capello’s favourites.
Barry played the last match against Hungary as captain of the team and had a handful of young players surrounding him. The English team won that match with Steven Gerrard scoring the winning goal and winning two to one.
In the next match against Bulgaria, Barry will be partnered with Steven Gerrard playing the role of captain in the absence of Rio Ferdinand.
