Question:

Three Way Coax Splitter? or alternatives?

I have a HD TV, a standard def DVD-R, and a stereo all with coax aerial connections. At the moment I have a single coax aerial point with a 2 way splitter. The DVD-R and stereo are currently plugged into the splitter meaning that I have to watch TV in SD through my DVD. I need the stereo to be plugged into the aerial for reception reasons.

Is there such a beast as a three way splitter that can be purchased and simply plugged in, or do I have to get my aerial guy to do it? Alternatively, if I get some coax which will run from my DVD to TV, will it allow me to watch in HD or will it remain as SD? Or is there some other solution???

  1. They make 3 way and 4 way aerial splitters, you can go to an electronic supply store or get them on the internet....

  2. Go to radio shack and get a 3 way splitter. They have like 5,000 stores in the US
