I was wondering if anyone actually uses this company for broadband on their pc/laptop with the USB dongle, if so i was wondering if there was any latency issues with gaming? and also is the download rate always @ max (depending on the signal?) im also using Vista64.. im just sick of BT, there rates are always droppin from 8mb to 1/2mb and their service is really really bad

  1. Don't use Three Broadband, hehe.

I thought BT would be consistant in there rates etc.

  2. Three.co,uk has usage limits and it all depends on how strong their signal is in your area.

Best Bit would be O2 and Virgin Media.

  3. my friend has it and the maximum number of download u can have is 15gb per month and its not that fast,i think,2mb-3mb

and if you are a downloading freak 15 gb is a laugh for ya...

  4. I have three mobile broadband and it's pretty decent when using it in a 3G area. I would not however recommend it for full time internet because at the moment compared to normal home broadband the rates are huuuge and the download limit monthly is really low even on the most expensive package. o2 broadband is meant to be excellent and is the only one that I would consider transferring to. BT broadband has done me fine for over 5 years with no problems and I'm not an idiot, so lets just say that your experience with BT has been c**p and not just BT in general.

Not to turn this into a rant though, I recommend o2 broadband as I said it's meant to be really good, I've heard nothing bad about it, the speeds offered and it's customer support. Sounds well worth it. And I would stay clear of 3g broadband for full time usage.
