  1. 1) Time management , 2) All forms of documentation , and 3) Find ways to offer services and/or products that will sell.

  2. Well, your question might be more elaborate to get the answer you're searching for....in any case you might consder something from Steven Covey's book, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People?"

You might organize your home management tasks into these four (not three) categories:

    1. urgent, and important (e.g. putting out a fire)

    2. urgent, not important  (e.g answering the phone)

    3. not urgent, important (e.g. taking out the trash / doing dishes)

    4. not urgent, not important (e.g. making sure all siverware match)

Most people spend too much time in the "urgent but not important" quadrant. Meaning, they fill their time with 'busy work' while not getting much done. But really, some work needs to be done in all of these areas.

Are you looking to break up household chores? Looking for what needs to be done to have an effective household? How many people?
