The Russian Premier League club need to sign Wout Brahma, Julian Velazquez and Lisandro Lopez as a potential replacement for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Welliton-c36773
The most successful club in the history of Russian championship, Spartak Moscow, have fallen in hard times recently particularly due to the frequent change in management accompanied by underperforming players.
Though the Moscow-based club have won a total of 21 league titles in their history, they have only managed to win the Russian Premier League title once since the inception of the Russian top division back in 2001.
Since then, the Spartachi are struggling to claim silverware despite investing arguably over 100 million Euros on player transfers and it is easy to spot why they are trailing behind the likes of Zenit St. Petersburg and CSKA Moscow
respectively.
Former Sporting director, Konstantin Sarsania, confirmed that the Red-Whites have signed around 22 players over the course of the last four years from which half of them are already gone.
And while most of football pundits believe that Unai Emery’s dismissal earlier this month will put the Russian outfit back on track, bettor.com understands that they may need to make worthy reinforcements after selling underperforming
players.
Demy de Zeeuw
Expected value: 4.5 million Euros
The Dutch midfielder was signed by Valery Karpin as a potential replacement for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Flamengo-c39361 for reportedly 4 million Euros.
However, de Zeeuw failed to meet the expectations ever since joining the Moscow-based club for reportedly 7 million Euros from Ajax Amsterdam back in 2011 summer transfer window.
The 29-year-old was denied a chance to leave Luzhniki this summer after Unai Emery expressed a desire to keep him. The January transfer window could well see the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/AZ-c38571 Alkmaar player leaving Russia following bad form.
Possible replacement: Wout Brahma
Club: http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Twente-c39233
The 26-year-old, a box-to-box hardworking midfielder who can shoot from long range and wears captain’s armband on his biceps, could be a perfect replacement for de Zeeuw this winter.
Nicolas Pareja
Expected value: 6.5 million Euros
Many have blamed the Argentina International for the Moscow-based club’s shocking elimination from UEFA Champions League this term following the player’s inability to read the game in key areas.
Pareja, who joined Spartak from RSC Espanyol for reportedly 10 million Euros, was signed by Karpin following the player’s growing reputation after helping his national side in winning Gold medal at Olympics.
Possible replacement: Julian Velazquez
Club: Club Atletico http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Independiente-c39561
Though the 22-year-old centre back has enough years ahead of him to learn, Velazquez has already made his debut in the national team. He is physically strong, can defend, cut aerial threats and initiate attack from the back.
Welliton
Expected Value: 9 million Euros
The Brazilian striker has featured in just eight games for the Russian outfit since the start of the ongoing campaign, having scored just three goals. It looks like he has lost motivation and grown tired of the bench role.
The Spartachi needs to offload the 26-year-old, who recently has denied a chance to extend his contract, as soon as possible following the player’s lack of form and history of intriguing injuries.
Possible replacement: Lisandro Lopez
Club: Olympic Lyonnais
The 29-year-old winger-c*m-striker has proved his mettle time and again after joining the French outfit from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186. The Physically and tactically literate attacker has scored more than 15 goals in all competition every other
season since moving to Stade de Gerland.
