Throat problems(nasty)?

ok, in the back of my throat, when i open my mouth, theres little white/yellow dots back there, that look like pimples. i only had 1 at first, but then it started to multiply. then, last night i had a really sore throat. what is the stuff back there?..should i go see a doctor? help!!!!!! how do i get rid of it??..if i can--i just dont want my whole throat to be all nasty..its soo freaking disgustingg!!!!

you have an infection....go see your doctor, and he will give you some antibiotics to get rid of it.  that's what is causing your throat to be sore.

Yes you should see the doctor. It could be strep or some other infection.  The doctor can tell you which it is and prescribe the right meds to help you. Good luck and feel better soon.
