Throbbing tooth ache and ear ache pain 10 days after wisdom teeth removed

i got out all 4 wisdom teeth ten days ago and its been ok up until yesterday n today where theres a terrible throbbing pain in my left side of my mouth in my teeth and ear. its hurts alot. warm salt water doesnt work and my ibuprofen isnt really doing anything either. tylenol doesnt help. its a piercing and throbbing pain. any help?

get some warm sweet oil put it in your ear and out cotton ball n it works within seconds and u will have relief for hours
