I heard this quotation,

"Let Jesus be your anchor! So when Satan rocks your boat, throw Jesus overboard!"

and I do not get it

so help me with it please

Jesus showed what faith and belief could do when he had one of his deciples walk with him on water. So when Satan rocks your boat, keep your faith anchored and you will walk away from the issue.
