  1. There is soooo much to do with an hawaiian themed party!  You can buy each guest a lei and you can get hibiscus flowers to wear in the hair.  You can serve pina coladas as a drink choice, you can make them alcoholic or non...up to you.  But if you need decoration ideas check out www.orientaltrading.com.  They have tons of decorations in the hawaiian theme or check out any party store.  Use tiki torches...and even maybe play some limbo!

As for the pinapple you can cut it and make a little bowl out of it and fill it with fruit.

  2. Get leis, and tons of big brightly colored flowers. You might also consider tiki torches and some Hawaiian bbq.

Don't forget the little drink umbrellas!

  3. What I would do is Get a couple foods like pineapple, and mango's or stuff like that, and put it on a big platter plate!! When people arrive at the party, pass out those lei's or you know those necklace things!! And they are selling all kinds of those drink cups!! Since, it is 21 and up!!! Maybe, tell them to dress up as you were in Hawaii, or if you live in Hawaii, then tell them to wear hula skirts, and stuff like that!! I hope I helped!!!:D

  4. blue hawwians for cocktails, kalua pork for food and even bbq, buy hawiian luau ecorations at you r local party supply shop, tiki torches, limbo is fun for grown ups too.

  5. go to your local bartz party store - lots of hawaiian stuff

    everyone definitely gets a lei

    grass skirts, coconut tops,

    pina coloda's to drink

  6. A b.b.q would be good - they like pork - you could wrap pieces of pork in banana leave and bake on the bbq - marinate in oil, lemon, pineapple juice, chilli and garlic.

Do a one pot vegetable stir fry with lots of colourful vegetables to go with it.

Char-grilled pineapple is lovely - serve with whipped cream and / or toffee sauce. or put on the barbie to cook after the pork.

Hawaiian chicken is nice - cook onions, add peppers, pineapple, chicken b*****s, curry spices and cover with stock and pineapple juice - cook until the chicken is cooked and firm - serve with rice.

Stuffed peppers are good for the veggies or as a side dish.

Do a nice fruity punch for everyone.

Honolulu skirts are a must, you could do a limbo dance for a competition.

  7. Oriental Trading.com has the coolest Hawaiian theme stuff for parties and great prices.

Food should be a snap, just look up luau meals!

  8. roasted pork - unless you can find someone that sells whole pigs.

    sweet/sour meatballs

    sweet potato

    fresh fruit

    chicken skewers

    rice

I'm not Hawaiian, and I'm not very open to trying poi, but it is

    a staple at luaus.

Lots of flowers - bright tropical ones

-Hibiscus (if you get them inpots, oyu can use them after or give them away as gifts/dorr prizes

    -Orchids

    -Plumeria

    -Jasmine

    -Palm fronds

"Rope" together landscape logs that have been cut to varied lengths to look like they'd be found near a sea port. (Think

    "Gilligan's Island")

That's it for now... have fun

  9. go to allrecipes.com and type in the word pineapple - they have tons of recipes. Including pineapple drinks for adults like Mai Tai's

If you have a Big Lot's store near you, try them for tiki torches. Many of the party supply places carry grass skirts and lei's.

They usually have a good selection of Hawaiian themed items.

  10. All I have to say is Oriental Trading Company. They have alot of Luau stuff that can be used for adults. Some of it is cheezy but some of its nice. They are affordable. For food I would do kabobs on bamboo skewers. Uses thinly sliced beef, bell peppers, onions, and pineapples. Also you can grill your pinapple slices with your seasoned chicken. That is a great dish. I would go for an apple coleslaw, and pototoe salad. I know rather american but it goes over just about everywhere.

I would serve pina colodas, s*x on the beach, anything fruity. For dessert make a pineapple upside down cake, coconut cake, with pistachio filling. Good Luck

  11. make pinapple kabobs! put 'em on a skewer with other fruit (like strawberries or something)

sorry, i cant think of anything else
