Throwing a party and in need of a place to throw it at. Vancouver, B.C?

Question

There will be around 40-50 people coming. All I need there to be (Or that I will provide) Is a T.V and couch. So, pretty well an empty room. Now, I need something at a good price. Preferably in Vancouver (either Downtown or somewhere near the water). Any Ideas?
