Throwing a surprise party?

I'm throwing a surprise party in about 2 weeks for my best friend Kaitlyn...we're having a native theme because she's fastinated by them and the colors are red and yellow. I really don't know what to get for snacks or food or anything and I need ideas for decorations other than streamers. Please help!?

You can buy native hats and have red and yellow ballons. You can find native quotes and write them on posters and hang them on the walls.  

For food get traditional native food. Also. get pizza and food like that for the people that wont be intrested in the native food.

try to get a more native theme going, add stuff you see in native movies, museums, and other stuff, so use what you see. You can use feathers, dream catchers, and have pictures that she might like. Also, there is this great native american bread called Navajo Fry bread that you can drizzle with honey or butter, or both!
