When it snows in Scotland (about 1 time a year lol) and its a school day. All my mates and I go to school early and just fling LOTS of snowballs at cars!! Its Soooo funny!! Also, one of the good things is, is that you can do it to your teachers cars and they can't do anything because your out of school, But they just laugh anyways! It might be immature but hey .. its fun! =D

Til a car stops, and presses charges for endangerment. That would be fun to see.

I'm sure the police or a motorist will stop you. You better hope the police get to you before a motorist stops and kicks your BUTT. Get some mental health help ASAP.
