  1. Yes, in Ninjutsu we grab their shoulders and kick the back of their knee. They will collapse and from there you can execute your ground techniques or Ne Waza.

  2. There are two methods (I'm talking about basic PHYSICS here.)

Upset their foundation (a kick to the back of the knees or an ankle sweep should do that.)

Move their center of gravity away from their support and let gravity do the work (they will fall down if they are off balance.)

The most effective techniques use both methods at the same time.

  3. Wrestling - grab them in a waist-lock, lift, and throw/fall to one side.

Having someone's back doesn't necessarily mean you're the aggressor.  There are ways to get someone's back in stand-up grappling.  They won't be possible in every  single situation but it is possible.

  4. the easiest thing to do is wrap your arms around their trunk, lift them up, and drop them. You could also just drag them down on top of you, put on the hooks, and try for a rear naked choke.

I'm assuming you mean this in a grappling context right?

  5. if your feeling particularly vicious, turn round so youre back to back, grab him by the neck/jaw (by reaching behind you), and then just drop. you probably would kill them, so only use it if your surrounded by armed russian spetsnaz

  6. wrestling 101 just german suplex them or belly to back suplex and youll get them down  ... in mma anyway you can doo alot with someones back i have submitted someone with a knee bar before when i had there back i just transhistiond from the back to the leg and got it so you can do alot

  7. well, it's not a takedown, but the rear naked choke comes to mind...

  8. there are plenty of ways to do it... i think the question is why would you want to? if you try throwing someone whose back is to you, you are being the aggressor. that means you are the one who is most likely in the wrong. soooo... why?
