Question:

Thrush treatment, how many?? never got many answers before, anyone had a similar problem?

I have had two treatments for thrush and neither have worked, do i need to go back to the doctors? Also i remember when i first went to the about it she said that after so many treatments they would do tests to see why it is not going away, does anyone know how many treatments are needed??

  1. Yes go back to your doctor and keep going back until you find something to work for you. In the meantime you could try using live yoghurt vaginally  


  2. You know, I had this problem and even ended up treating my boyfriend (the oral tablet, of course! ha!). In the end, it turned out to be activation of the nerve rather than any kind of thrush or whatever.

    So, definitely get back to the GP and see what she says. They'll just test it and find out rather fast. It's one of the most common reasons women see GP's so don't worry about it.
