Thumb drives and Xbox 360?

Question

I know that if I put music on my USB thumb drive and put it in the USB port on my 360 that it will play the music. Say I have some videos on the flash drive I want to watch, can I use my 360 to watch the videos from my USB thumb drive?

of course! as long as you updated your video section from xbox live

Yes as long as you have updated your 360 in the last year (you can play divx videos now) you can go to the media blade select videos hit X to change the source and find your thumb drive.  You can also do it over your home network, pretty easy setup just setup sharing to your xbox in windows media player, or get connect 360 if you have a mac.

Yes, you have to go to the media blade and hit videos and the video you put on there should be listed.
