Put your head under the bedcovers and Teddy will protect you. During the storm listen for the thunder because the flash comes first so by the time you hear the bang you know that the flash missed you. You could try putting on a eye mask and shoving cotton wool in yer lugs. Dont forget that pets don't like it either so keep a special watch on them. Night night, sleep tight.

Yes. A big Electric one. I can't hear any Thunder, I can just see the Lightening. It must be on the south coast.

Not last night, lots of lightening but it didn't turn into a storm here in London.I wish it had might have made it less oppressive to sleep
