Thunderbird banner psychiatric hospital in arizona

has anyone ever been there? what was your experience? good or bad?

My son has spent time at Banner Thunderbird.  He's spent lots of time in many hospitals here in Phoenix & in California.

Banner Thunderbird was one of my "favorites".  Nice, caring staff, clean rooms, clean common areas, stuff for patients to do.  Some places are way too boring for the patients.  That's not a good thing.

My son is now 22 yrs old.  He was diagnosed when he was 18.  It's been a long road but he is doing really well now.
