Thunderstorm coming for chicago?

I live near Chicago and there are very intense storms in the region. I advice you to be alert for at least the next couple hours because of what these storms are producing. There are tornado warnings, severe thunderstorm warnings, and severe thunderstorm watches issued throughout our area.

It's producing winds in excess of 80 mph.  They are advising that you seek shelter in a basement.
