Take your child to work day is such a joke! I realize the original intent but now it's just ridiculous.  There are many jobs you can't take kids.  Is a surgeon supposed to take their kid to watch an operation?  A prison guard for a maximum security prison gonna take their kid to see hardened criminals?  Oh, I can just see a stripper taking her kid to work....puhleez!

Now they got take your dog to work day, take your motorcycle to work day and a few other stupid days like that.

I'd like to see a day called...just show up for work and actually DO your d**n work day!
