the only one i have is not being able to sleep.

I researched the ingredients and the only common problems I found was the possibility of insomnia and gastrointestinal problems.

Like all drugs, there is the possibility of unusual side effects, so if you notice anything unusual after taking it stop immediately and talk to a doctor. blah blah as per usual.

This is not a replacement for normal thyroid medicine, and if you start taking it you may have to have your thyroid med dosage adjusted.
