Tian Qing and Zhao Yunlei win Women’s Doubles crown at the Korea Open Premier Super Series
China’s impressive shuttlers, Tian Qing and Zhao Yunlei, stamp their domination in the game as they have won the Women’s Doubles crown at the Korea Open Premier Super Series 2012 on Sunday, January 8, at Seoul, South Korea.
In the final contest, the Chinese duo defeated Korea’s Jung Eun Ha and Min Jung Kim, who were the fourth seeds in the Women’s Doubles draw of the tournament.
The World Number Two Qing and Zhao delivered phenomenal performance in the title match as they showed no respect to their lower ranked local challengers and finished the match in straight games. They did not take any trouble from the Koreans and ended up
the fight in 50 minutes.
The opening game of the match was close as both sides played at their best and progressed equally. They remained close throughout the opening game of the match as no side dropped the pace of rallies.
The higher ranked Chinese shuttlers were slightly ahead until the one-minute interval in the opening game.

Jung Eun and Min Jung could not put up strong show as they lost their focus in the game and remained trailing throughout the second game. On the other hand, the positive and planned play of Two Qing and Zhao helped them to end the second game of this final
match with a 21-13 margin on the score board.
The overall result of this 50-minute straight-set final match was 21-18 and 21-13.
